Enable the capability
Go to Settings → Capabilities and enable Google Calendar.

Connect your Google account
Click Create new to sign in with your Google account and create a personal access token. This token belongs to you and can be managed in your profile settings.If you already have a Calendar token from setting up another agent, you can select it from the dropdown instead.
Access scope
After you connect a new Calendar token, Abundly takes you to a settings page where you can choose which calendars the token is allowed to access. You can keep broad access by choosing Allow All & Continue, or save a restricted scope and apply least privilege from the start.You can update these calendar access settings later from Profile settings → Personal Tokens. The agent can only list, read, create, and update events on calendars included in the allowed list.
What agents see on events
When your agent reads a calendar event, it gets more than just the title, time, and attendees:- Google Meet join link and any conference entry points (video, phone, additional dial-in numbers).
- File attachments on the event — title, Drive file ID, file URL, and MIME type. Google Meet recordings, meeting transcripts, and “Notes by Gemini” documents added to an event by Google all appear here as Drive-file attachments.
The Google Calendar capability only exposes the links to those files. To let the agent read the contents of a Meet recording, transcript, or Gemini notes document, enable the Google Drive integration and make sure the relevant file or folder is shared with the agent.

- Daily Meeting Summary — “Every morning, email me a summary of today’s client meetings. Attach relevant information about the client from Hubspot.”
